Title: Arrival
Artist: W-mallick
I am personally inspired by the very mythical and historic look of this image. Beyond the amazing scene i am also inspired by the deep meaning of this piece. This was made to illustrate the determination the Islamic frigate middle eastern people portrayed when traveling large distances in pursuit of their faith in religion.

Title: Uncle Sam
Artist: Samuel Wilson
This advertising poster again has a great way of illustrating a very iconic look of 1900's, mainly due to the generic tint of color illustrated through the whole print and the very standard positioning of the content on the piece. Beyond that, this piece also falls into the retro style if considered.
