Artist: Edward Hopper
Reason: Because his work usually emphasizes a high degree of a abstract style. Additionally he also likes to focus his work mainly towards certain aspects of the post modern era, such as the wars , revolution, etc.

Artist: Henri Regnault
Reason: As a French artist from the 1700-1800's era his work is famous due to it generally revolving around the aspect of war. Through research, a lot of speculators speculate; due to him him experiencing the French Indian war that took place between 1754–1763, it was probably one of the main reasons behind his obsession with war and describing its brute.

Artist: Francis Hayman
Reason: Mainly due to this particular piece he made about Robert Clive and Mir Jafar after the Battle of Plassey, 1757. Simply because this was one of the essential moments that connect the two cultures, and also is a perfect example of his talent.

Artist: Alfred Theodore Joseph
Reason: Because he was one of the only artists who was named a war artist, simply due to him actually being in the war he illustrated in his pieces. For eg. this piece, is called Canadian Gunners in the Mud and astonishingly he was enrolled in the Canadian 22nd battalion in the war. For which he not only can illustrate war the best, but he most likly the only one.

Artist: John William Beatty
Reason: Because he is a Canadian artist who mainly focuses his work towards Canadian war. The only thing significant about his work, which really is the only reason for buying his work is because of its deep meanings. For example, the piece is called Ablain St-Nazaire, and it is not an illustration of the landscape, but an illustration of the lose of integrity of war. For which the naked trees and broken building represent that.

Artist: Emanuel Gottlieb Leutze
Reason: The only reason is because of this particular piece. It is definitely one of the most iconic pieces of its time, and is appropriately named Washington crossing Delware. Its only one of the most favorable due to its obvious historic subject and the style of still life.

Artist: Mort kunsler
Reason: Simply because nearly all of his work revolved around the American civil war. The only thing different about Mort was that he described the sheer brute of it spectacularly.

2 Historical Art Eras:
-British forces taking over India:
From the 16th century, European powers such as Portugal, the Netherlands, France, and the United Kingdom established trading posts and later took advantage of internal conflicts to establish colonies in the country. By 1856, most of India was under the control of the British East India Company. A year later, a nationwide insurrection of rebelling military units and kingdoms, known as India's First War of Independence or the Sepoy Mutiny, seriously challenged the Company's control but eventually failed. As a result of the instability, India was brought under the direct rule of the British Crown.
Britain did not "invade" the country in the sense of a military invasion. India had no central government when the European nations started setting up trading bases there, so there was nothing to invade. They just claimed land, and went about their business. Eventually the local people got tired of that, and started uprisings that finally led to the independence of India in the 20th century.
-Indo-Pakistan war of 1947:
The Indo-Pakistani War of 1947–1948, sometimes known as the First Kashmir War, was fought between India and Pakistan over the princely state of Kashmire and Jammu from 1947 to 1948. It was the first of four wars fought between the two newly independent nations. Pakistan precipitated the War a few weeks after independence by launching tribal lashkar (militia) from Wazaristan, in an effort to secure Kashmir, the future of which hung in the balance. The result of the war still affects the geopolitics of both countries.
